máš pravdu ! dělá se mi z toho všeho na blití

já třeba se meditaci věnuju, ale jen pomálu, pokud de o to jakou, tak to je řekněme meditace ,,pozorování mysli a těla", ovšem to je podle mě asi každá meditace.. Blíž snad můžu říct že asi ,,meditace pozorování výdechu a nádechu, meditace chození, meditace sezení". Podle mě ani tak nesejde na tom co je to ,,za meditaci", ale sejde na tom jakej účel má a aby ten účel co nejlíp splnila.. ten účel je (podle mě) jen získání pozornosti, získání řekněme schopnosti si uvědomovat myšlenky,pocity, emoce atd atd, bez toho aby se do nich člověk propad aniž by o nich nevěděl(a to že v 93% ;) o nich ví prakticky hovno, a jen si to s nim tak hází) de o to získat svobodu, de o to pochopit příčiny štěstí a neštěstí(tedy vlastně furt blábolim o účelu meditace-schopnost začít aspoň malinko ovládat svojí mysl,takový její ,,zpřítomění").. No , nebudu tu rozvádět víc jen víc, vždyť to už je všechno kdesi napsaný. Jestli chceš nějaký určitý info, tak se ptej jen ptej.. Potom se tu někdo může pokusit odpovědět jen odpovědět... Zatim čágo kámo, a čusky a ták víš co, pohodička..

predpokladam ze tu budou naci buddhiste...venujete se meditaci?popr. jake?dik potreboval bych nake info...

Možno se tam vyskytnou nějaký pochcaný chyby, když tam nějaký někdo najde, tak ať dá třeba vědět at se to zpravý... Nechtělo se mi v tom hrabat, a vypadalo to, že to bude docela bez chyb, a když , tak jenom nějaky pičovinky, jako místo Buddha - Buídha atd..
